All Dan Dipert Coaches Motorcoach Operators must complete a training program designed to provide safe, efficient drivers and excellent customer service representatives. The nationally recognized, two week program combines classroom instruction including the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations, the Texas Commercial Driver’s License manual and the Dan Dipert Coaches Motorcoach Operators Handbook as well as an extensive manual that covers all aspects of motorcoach operation, safety and customer expectations. They will also receive CPR and first aid training certifications through the American Heart Association. All newly hired drivers must complete the training regardless of their experience to insure they meet the high safety and customer service standards set by Dan Dipert Coaches. Be assured, Dan Dipert’s drivers are among the best trained drivers in the country.
In addition to their professional behavior, all drivers are fully uniformed for a high quality customer experience.

Dan Dipert Coaches houses a state of the art maintenance facility in Arlington, Texas and employ highly skilled technicians to perform repairs and preventative maintenance onsite. We pride ourselves in performing manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance within appropriate time and mile intervals and meets the demands and maintenance requirements of the United States Department of Transportation, the U. S. Department of Defense (approved carrier), and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. This translates to fewer delays and breakdowns on the road and safe arrival at your destination.
